We celebrated the 175th anniversary of Texas Independence at the San Jacinto Monument! It was a HOT day, but we had a great time at the festivities.
There was a really fun petting zoo, complete with bunnies and a fawn.
The girls got to play with the band on the "battlefield."
It's a lot of fun being Texans now, and learning about the fascinating history of this amazing state.
