Aunt Casey and Aunt Chelle came to town for the weekend! We had a great Sister Saturday...

and heading to bed early so that we could be ready for the Galveston Mardi Gras Half Marathon on Sunday!!
It rained, and was probably as cold (at 50ish degrees) as it has been all winter on the island, but we ran through all 13.1 miles, with the girls cheering from the van along the way, and clapping and running along side us in their raincoats at the finish.
The race was pretty grueling, but fun nonetheless, and must not have been too horrible because we've agreed to try to make it an annual thing... though we are hoping for much better weather in future years!
