Happy Birthday, Blake! We had a great time celebrating at the Bayou Wildlife Park, which is always a great time! The girls loved the zebra party hats, and had a great time feeding the animals.
Both of the girls were a little stingy with their food this time, always worrying that the individual animals might be getting more than their fair share.
They had a great time with the goats at the petting zoo area, and though I didn't get a picture, we were pretty excited to see that one of the giraffes is pregnant... and a little sympathetic that gestation lasts between 13 and 15 months for giraffes!
Although the girls now have regular horseback riding lessons, I'm not sure we'll ever be able to skate by without going on pony rides at places like this. Always a highlight!
