Boogie Board Babies

The waves were just right for boogie boarding today.  Izzy has gotten brave, brave, brave this summer and is willing to kick her boogie board out MUCH farther than any in the adults in her life are comfortable watching her go! Both girls are getting the hang of turning around and kicking with the waves to ride them in to shore, but even when their timing is off, much fun is had by all!

 When the waves wear them out, there are always sand castles to be made.  Having the beach as the backdrop to childhood is such an incredible privilege! I hope that we never take it for granted.
