Fall Fun

Fall brings with it lots and lots of festivals, and we try to hit as many as possible! Today we went to Clear Lake Methodist's event.

The girls are old enough now to understand waiting in lines... here they are waiting to get into the bounce house...

and putting their shoes back on after jumping.

We let the girls ride on the little train by themselves. They were REALLY excited about it while we waited in line, and when they got off of the train, they acted like they'd loved it, but throughout the ride, they maintained these stony expressions:

We did get them to crack a little bit of a smile when we surprised them halfway along the "train track" and asked for a wave :)

We wrapped up the festival fun at the petting zoo, which had a herd of goats, an alpaca, a chicken, and a bunny. The girls were excited, as always, by getting to touch the animals, but weren't too sure about the nuzzly goats.
