We've been working on preserving the girs' eyesight by encouraging them to wear their sunglasses at the beach. They're pretty excited about them, but seem to prefer wearing them on their head or tucked into their shirts to actually allowing them to serve their intended purpose.
Abby has been developing her sense of humor lately. Izzy has an infectious giggle and employs it liberally; Abby is a little more observant, but when she gets on a silly streak, she takes it to hilarious levels.
The Ice Cream Man makes his rounds on the beach... he must be a millionaire! While Mom and Dad are consistent to a fault and always say no to his little jingly songs, the girls know that GPa is a much easier sell. They were pretty excited about their ice cream sandwiches. Yum.
