We had a really, really great visit with Casey, even if it was WAY too short! She is back in Illinois tonight, and will head back to another grueling semester of PT school in Wisconsin tomorrow. We're really pulling for a clinical rotation in Galveston next summer!
We are so, so fortunate to have great friends and family living so close. Sunday night, our Aunt Marti and Uncle Rob came over and we got to help Aunt Marti celebrate her birthday with some Texas Sheetcake :) Then on Monday, the Morrises came over for a BBQ... here are the dads with their girls!
Izzy and Abby are both getting stronger by the minute. They're really good at sitting on their own now, and I can plop them down with their toys and they entertain themselves for several minutes at a time. We still have the occasional topple, but I think that's all part of the fun!

Good observation, Aunt Casey! Yes. A nasty blowout, discovered upon our return home from the airport, completing our misery at your departure :(
