The reason that we were in Grapevine this past week was so that Dan could complete his very last requirement and become a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries. For the past 4 1/2 years, he's been working through a series of grueling exams, computer modules, projects, and presentations, and he's now officially an FSA!
Annie and Andy graciously watched the girls for us so that I could attend the graduation banquet. It was really fantastic to be to be there for Dan's big moment. We are SO proud of him!

The high temp for the next 10 days in Chicago is 31 degrees. The low temp in Houston is 37.
Sounds like the weather is just about the same in Houston and Chicago :))
